Cambridge Holiday Market Vendor Application 2026

This award-winning Holiday Market has grown exponentially since its inception in 2012. A variety of vendors create a one-stop shopping destination for unique gifts, seasonal food, and a great shopping atmosphere. Over 7,000 shoppers are anticipated.

The market is free to the public and will feature live entertainment, outdoor fire pits, food trucks, and more. This year's event will combine with Phil Kline's Unsilent Night on Friday, November 27th.

We are looking for quality artisans and makers of high-quality goods and food items to participate in this three-day event at Cambridge City Hall and Cambridge Centre for the Arts.

Event Dates
  • Friday, November 27th: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday, November 28th: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday, November 29th: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Vendor Application Process
  • Decisions on vendor acceptance will be based on originality, quality and trends. Products deemed inappropriate by City of Cambridge staff will not be permitted
  • Past participation does not guarantee acceptance to this year’s event
  • Past participation does not guarantee acceptance
  • All applications are due by September 1st, 2026
  • When reviewal process is complete, applicants will receive confirmation of acceptance or decline by September 15th via email

Supporting Material
  • Tell us about yourself and what makes your product unique in your biography
  • Please include 3-4 photos of your products including a photo of your booth display.
  • Applications without photos will not be considered. If you do not have a display photo from a past event to submit, staging a display to take a photo is acceptable. All supporting material submitted may be used for promotional purposes
General Requirements
  • Vendors are encouraged to use environmentally friendly packaging.
  • Vendors must meet all Fire and Public Health regulations.
  • Food vendors will be required to submit an Event Form to Public Health and be approved.
  • Event staff work closely with Public Health and Fire to ensure the safety of vendors, shoppers, staff and volunteer.
Space Options & Pricing

We do our best to accommodate preferred choices/floors for those accepted, but cannot be guaranteed. Staff place vendors based on product variety, display booths and potential for crowding

Indoor Spaces
  • 1st Floor – $325 + HST (2 tables: 6ft x 2.5ft)
  • 2nd–4th Floor Hallways – $200 + HST (2 tables: 6ft x 1.5ft)
  • 2nd–4th Floor Rooms – $225 + HST (2 tables: 6ft x 2.5ft)
  • Cambridge Centre for the Arts – $200 + HST (2 tables)
Outdoor Spaces
  • 10x10 Space – $175 + HST (2 tables)
  • 10x20 Space – $300 + HST (4 tables)
Add-ons
  • 5 AMP 120V plug – $75
  • 20 AMP 125/250V twist-lock plug – $100

Please note: Outdoor vendors must provide own tent and weights, heating and lighting. Minimal security is available and therefore it is recommended items be removed at the end of each day.
