If you have received a penalty notice (ticket) and would like the screening officer’s decision reviewed further, you may request a further review by a Hearing Officer within 30 days of the screening decision by completing this form. Hearing reviews are held virtually. Once your request is processed, you will be notified in writing of your hearing date, time and be provided with a virtual link. All hearings will be held in English. The City of Cambridge does not provide interpreters. You are responsible for providing your own. An interpreter can be a friend, neighbour, or relative.
